「こころカフェゆるの木」カウンセリング、カラーセラピー、レイキのサロン＆スクール

子供たちが、ディズニー＆ピクサーの「ウォーリー（WALL-E）の

DVDを観ていました。

時代は２９世紀。人類は、汚染しつくした地球を離れ宇宙船で

暮らしています。

人類に替わって７００年もの間、地球に溜まったゴミの掃除を

続けてきたロボットのウォーリーが主人公です。

２００８年に公開された映画で、ロボット好きな長男と一緒に

観に行きました。当時も、人類の行く末や環境問題について

感じるところの多い映画ではあったのですが、今、この瞬間に

観ると、心にズシリと響くシーンの連続です。

もちろん、ウォーリーの一途な恋模様、仕事熱心で仲間思いの

ロボットたちとの交流、言葉の少ないロボットの感情表現を十分に

補う豊かな音響など、楽しさもあふれる映画なのですが。

物語の終盤、宇宙船の艦長が叫ぶ言葉に、胸を突かれました。

「生き延びたいんじゃない、生きたいんだ！」

いつ消えるかわからない命。

大切な命。

そんな思いの中で、自分はその命をしっかりと生きていただろうか・・・

美しいエンディングとともに流れる主題歌は、

ピーター・ガブリエルが歌う「ダウン・トゥ・アース」でした。

素敵な歌です。
